JAMB Timetable 2026/2027 Is Out | Schedule for JAMB UTME

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Timetable is out for 2026/2027 JAMB UTME registrations and exams. The current Timetable for JAMB is officially online for 2026 exams.

The JAMB timetable for mock and main exams shows the breakdown of the activates that will be carried out and their respective date as well as the venue.

JAMB Timetable for exams 2026

The Answer is YES, The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board Exams timetable is officially released for all interested candidates. The breakdown order of 2026 jamb registration process and exams is as follows:

JAMB Registration Period

The official schedule for JAMB 2026 Application is on January 31st, 2026. With this period candidates will be able to carry out the following registration steps:

• Create their profile at the official JAMB e-facility Portal
• Have access to their JAMB E-pin
• Complete all the required registration steps as early as possible.

Mock Exams Schedule

The Schedule for the Joint Admission and Matriculation board (JAMB) Mock exams is shown hereunder:

1. JAMB Mock Exams Registration: The Joint Admission and Matriculation board (JAMB) Mock exams is not done separately. It is registered along with the main UTME.
2. JAMB Mock Reprinting: The Reprinting  date schedule for candidates that indicted interest is Starting on March 17, 2026.
3. Mock Exams day: All student that choose to take mock should make that they get to the venue as early as possible on April 5, 2026

The Mock exams result are not used in anyway for admission purposes. It is for practice to help candidates get adequately ready for the main JAMB exams.

JAMB Main Exams Timetable

The JAMB Main Exam is scheduled to commence from will take place from April to May, 2026, with four batches (Batch1, Bach2, Batch3, Batch4) of exams each day. Students should take note of their respective Exams date and venue, get themselves prepared and ready. The JAMB UTME exams will be conducted in batches.

The JAMB Slip Printing for the main exam will start from April, 2026. This slip will contain candidates exam date, time, and center.

The Release of JAMB Result

The JAMB Will release the candidates result within 72 hours after the exams. To check your result, here is what you need to do.

• Visit the official result portal at www.jamb.gov.ng
• SMS: Send UTMERESULT to 55019

Admission Process at JAMB CAPS

When the result is announced, candidates will have to pick up their post UTME form from their respective institutions of their choice selected during their registration.

The Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) is open to all Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics. The JAMB CAPS will be open immediately the release of the JAMB UTME Result.

1. Purpose of the exams: The JAMB UTME exams is for students seeking admission into universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education in Nigeria.
2. UTME Candidates: A computer-based test (CBT) for candidates seeking admission into 100-level programs.
3. Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: For candidates who already have a diploma, NCE, or IJMB qualification and wish to further their education.
4. Subjects taken: The exams consist of four subjects depending on the candidate’s preferred course of study.
