Eligibility for FUGASHUA Post UTME Screening form
The eligibility criteria for Federal University Gashua for post UTME Screening might include:
- Prospective students must be able to score at least 140 in UTME.
- Those with a minimum of five 5 Credits including mathematics and English language in WAEC or NECO are qualified. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible
- Candidates of Federal University Gashua must not be below 16 of age.
- All candidates that choose Federal University Gashua ( FUGASHUA) as their first choice are qualified but others can join while making a change of institution.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
- All interested Direct Entry candidates must have made FUGASHUA their first choice.
- They must have a Distinction, Credit, or Merit in NCE or IJMB with a minimum of 6 points.
- A Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit or an Upper Credit in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is also acceptable.

How to Apply for FUGASHUA Post UTME
The following steps are crucial while trying to apply for Post UTME or DE Screening at FUGASHUA portal:
- Visit the Official Website: Visit the FUGASHUA official website and pay a non-refundable registration fee of N2,000, excluding bank charges
- Start Post UTME Registration: Go to the FUGASHUA application website and create your account using the ‘Register botton’, Provide your JAMB registration number, first name, surname, entry mode (UTME/DE), and a valid email address. Make sure you choose a strong password with uppercase letters and numbers.
- Payment and Confirmation: A confirmation link will be sent to your email immediately after your account creation, follow the link to the payment page. You can pay via bank or ATM. For bank payments, print the RRR invoice and make your payment at any commercial bank. For ATM payments, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.
- Further Documentation: After payment, go back online to the website using your credentials and complete your registration by supplying the required details your passport will be required during your bio-data requirements.
- Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of your certificates and results on the document upload page.
- Final Confirmation and Submission: Upon final submission, a confirmation message will be displayed stating, “Application Submitted Successfully, It Cannot Be Altered. Thanks
- Get A printout: It is always advisable to print the acknowledgment slip.
Essential Note
- All Post UTME charges are paid via the FUGASHUA Post UTME portal and the specified commercial banks.
- Candidates with awaiting O’level results will not be permitted to take part in the Post UTME Screening.
