- Aspirants who choose DELSU as their first choice of institution.
- Aspirants with a minimum of 5 credit passes in O’level Result including Mathematics, English and relevant subjects.

DELSU School Fees for 2022/2023 is based on your choice of program in the institution although it is more favourable for the indigenes of the State.
School fees ,after paying an acceptance fee of #30,000 (for indigenes and #40,000 for non-indigenes),for new students who are indigenes will likely pay a sum of #64500 for indigenes and #84,500 for non-indigenes. In DELSU, Returning Student are likely to pay less than the fresh and new student.
New students coming into the Clinical Faculty and Law Faculty may pay an increased amount in school fees.
