SAISA General Admission Requirements
The Admission into Saisa University of Medical Sciences and Technology undergraduate courses has the following are the requirements:
The minimum admission requirements for undergraduate programmes of the proposed SAISA University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Sokoto shall include the following:
1. 100 Level:
- A candidate shall possess the SSCE/NECO/GCE or equivalent with credit passes in ve subjects in not more than two sittings including English and Mathematics. A candidate shall, in addition, have an acceptable score in the Unied Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME);
- The cut off mark for Saisa University Sokoto is 140 and above
2.Direct Entry (200 Level):
- A pass at Lower Credit/Merit level in relevant ND programme or equivalent NCE in addition to meeting the ‘O’ Level requirements for admission into undergraduate programmes;
- Two ‘A’ Level passes in relevant subjects with SCE/NECO/GCE “O’ Level credit passes in 5 subjects obtained in not more than two sittings:
- Three ‘A’ Level passes in relevant subjects with SSCE/NECO/GCE ‘O’ Level credit passes in 3 subjects obtained in not more than two sittings; and
- In all cases, an ‘O’ Level credit in English Language and Mathematics shall be required.
