The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila Orangun (FUHSI), Osun State is one of the new Universities established in 2021 by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila Orangun (FUHSI) Cut off mark varies with departments. The Pharmacology M.B.B.S Medicine and Surgery, Audiology, Environmental Health Science, Information Technology and Health Informatics, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Molecular Biology and Microbiology require a UTME Score between 180 to 210.

All candidates who sat for the Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination (UTME) and score  up to 180 and above are qualified to register for the post UTME and will be considered for admission. UTME Requirements:

• At least five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in maximum of two sittings.
• Candidates who made FUHSI their institution of first choice in the 2025 UTME and have a minimum UTME score as indicated below for their course of choice.
• Candidates who did not make FUHSI their first choice institution but wish to change to FUHSI should effect a change of institution and/or course on the JAMB portal accordingly.

Direct Entry Requirements:

• At least five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in maximum of two sittings.
• Direct Entry (DE), candidates who wish to study MB;BS or Nursing Science must possess minimum of Second Class, Upper Division Degree in relevant course, from a recognized University.
