OAUSTECH First Semester Academic Schedule
The first semester academic activities for the 2025/2026 Academic Session runs from Monday, 3rd November, 2025 to Friday, 20th March, 2026.
- Monday, 3rd November, 2025: Resumption of academic activities/registration of old and new students for 2025/2026 session.
- Monday, 10th November, 2025: Commencement of first semester lectures.
- Monday, 8th December – Wednesday, 10th December, 2025: Orientation programme for newly admitted students (100 level and direct entry).
- Friday, 19th December, 2025: Release of first draft of first semester examination timetable and end of normal registration.
- Friday, 19th December, 2025 – Friday, 2nd January, 2026: Christmas and New Year break (2 weeks).
- Monday, 5th January, 2026: Late registration begins.
- Friday, 16th January, 2026: Release of final draft of first semester examination timetable.
- Monday, 19th January – Friday, 23rd January, 2026: Lectures continue/mid semester test.
- Wednesday, 4th February, 2026: Matriculation ceremony for newly admitted students.
- Monday, 9th February – Friday, 13th February, 2026:: Lecture free week.
- Monday, 16th February – Saturday, 7th March, 2026: First semester examination.
- Wednesday, 4th March, 2026: Convocation day.
- Monday, 10th March – Friday, 20th March, 2026: First semester break (2 weeks).
OAUSTECH Second Semester Academic Activities
The second semester timetable cover activities from Monday, 23rd March, 2026 to Wednesday, 26th August, 2026.
- Monday, 23rd March, 2026: Resumption for the second semester 2025/2026 and registration of courses.
- Monday, 30th March, 2026: Commencement of second semester lectures.
- Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026: Senate meeting for consideration of first semester results.
- Friday, 24th April, 2026: Release of first draft of second semester examination timetable and end of normal registration.
- Monday, 27th April, 2026: Late registration begins.
- Monday, 4th May – Friday, 8th May, 2026: Lectures continue/mid semester test.
- Monday, 25th May, 2026: Release of final draft of second semester examination timetable.
- Monday, 15th June – Friday, 19th June, 2026: Lecture free week.
- Monday, 22nd June – Saturday, 11th July, 2026: Second semester examination.
- Wednesday, 26th August, 2026: Senate meeting for consideration of second semester results
