The University was founded and established in 2016 by Bishop Francis Wale Oke, who is the founder and presiding bishop of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries.
The current Precious Cornerstone University (PCU) Undergraduate School fees varies with Faculty and level from ₦892,000 to ₦962,000 per session . The mandatory charges for all courses are provided and the school management of Precious Cornerstone University allows payment up to four (4) installments per session. Payment Schedule
The fees breakdown above has to be paid according to the official plan from the management.
- Payment Terms: a. 50% of Total fees must be paid before resumption in October;
- 20% must be paid before 1st Semester Exams,
- the next 20% must be paid before resumption for 2nd Semester
- while the balance of 10% must be paid before 2nd Semester Exams.

Acceptance Fee
All newly admitted students are to pay a non refundable acceptance fee of by Freshers 40,000
How to Pay PCU School Fees
Are you ready to pay your fees? Make your payment visit the Precious Cornerstone University website. The school management instruct that all fees must be paid through the University’s payment portal (Go to www.portal.pcu.edu.ng). Any Violation of the instructions attracts N10,000 penalty.
Other Important Notes
- Payment Terms: 50% of Total fees must be paid before resumption for 1st Semester in October; additional 20% must be paid before 1st Semester Exams; the next 20% must be paid before resumption for 2nd Semester.
- Balance of 10% must be paid before 2nd Semester Examination
- Students are enjoined to register for their courses within the stipulated time. Late registration will not be condoned as it attracts a penalty of N10,000
