FUHSO Post Post-UTME and DE applicants are required to submit their online application before deadline. Those who scored below the cut off Mark in JAMB are not qualified to participate in the Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo PUTME exercise.
Candidate’s Eligibility for FUHSO Post UTME/DE Screening
The eligibility criteria needed to be fulfilled by the management of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo for post UTME/DE Screening include:
- All interested candidates must score at least the required cut off mark of 180 in UTME to be qualified for the screening.
- At least five 5 Credit passes in SSCE including mathematics and English language (WAEC or NECO).
- Prospective students of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo must not be less than 16 of age.
- You Must have Selected Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo ( FUHSO) as your first choice.
- Direct Entry candidates are required to have at least a second-class lower degree in relevant science courses or A Levels/IJMB with a minimum of 13 points, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

How to Apply for FUHSO Post UTME
The following steps are crucial while trying to apply for Post UTME or DE Screening at FUHSO portal:
- Visit the FUHSO Post-UTME Portal
- Pay a non refundable Screening fee of N2,000 using your preferred payment option (Bank Branch or Online payment with ATM Card)
- Proceed to Select the Admission Form to continue your registration immediately after payment.
- Complete your Application by carefully filling in Your Details ensuring all the required Information are accurate
- Submit and Print out the form for physical Screening.
Screening date and Venue
The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo Post UTME and Direct Entry screening will take place at the University’s Lecture Theatre, Take-off Campus, Otada, Otukpo.

Documents Required for FUHSO Post UTME
Candidates applying for Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo Screening need the following documents for the Post-UTME screening:
- Evidence of choosing FUHSO as your first choice through JAMB
- Two Recent passport-sized photographs
- Printout of JAMB results from JAMB CAPS
- Original O’level Certificate/Result (SSCE/NECO/NABTEB)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of payment of N2,000 (Two thousand Naira) non-refundable processing fee
